To make a long story short, I've had an interest in art since I could remember. I got started by drawing Marvel characters at the age of ten, portraits at the age of 20, with sculpture and photography following. After joining the Navy in 1980, it was several years of amateur photography before I began pursuing a career in graphic design. While in the US Navy, I converted to Draftsman, the Navy's illustrators, for the remaining years before I retired in 2000. I'm still working for the Navy, but now as an Automations Assistant. I've taken minor jobs on my off time, doing portraits and a couple of web sites so I won't lose my touch. Practice makes perfect! So here I am plotting my own web site for fun. As soon as it feels like work its time to go, life is too short.
For those of you with slower computers allow time for movie previews to load, if the words on the portfolio page are not underlined its a page thats coming soon, some images lead you to a page that relates to the image.
This web page uses my art to explore many subjects of my interest, and hopefully yours as well, so keep exploring.
